A fourteen-week intensive leadership program designed to create the blueprint for youth to become managers of their dreams and aspirations. Participants in the program learn to implement concrete tools to develop effective communication techniques, career strategies, character development, good money management styles, self-marketing skills and healthy choices. All participants engage in one three-hour community service project. Parents of participants are encouraged to partner with youth by attending orientation, attending closing events and assisting with activities that require parent feedback.
Character education through coaching and group mentoring in schools and communities. This program is intensely focused on “renewing the minds” of youth to assist with building the character and leadership skills of students and preparing them for graduation and their future careers.
Parents are encouraged to partner with their student by attending Parenting On Purpose (P.O.P) sessions and the closing event. Parents will be asked to provide support to the student and submit specific information pertaining to student performance before and after the series so that we can gauge the student’s performance status and academic progress.
