Melainie was born in Omaha Nebraska. Her school age years were spent in Arizona, Nebraska, Louisiana, and Texas. She graduated from high school at Central Senior High School in Beaumont, Texas in 1992 in the top 10% of her class.
Melainie began her career in the collision repair industry in September 2001. with Abra Auto Body & Glass. Melainie started as a customer service representative with the company and soon moved up through operational positions until being trained for damage appraisal. She is now I-Car Platinum certified in the industry.
